Recognition Server is ideal for high volume conversion of printed or image documents into searchable formats such as PDF and PDF/A, XML, Word, Excel, JPEG, TIFF, etc. for mass digital archiving and/or editing. Recognition Server can be used as both a turnkey solution and an integral part of document capture, document management, and back-end systems.

FlexiCapture Is a software technology produced by AbbyyUSA. The software will allow you to read documents (paper, PDF, or images), recognize (OCR or ICR) and extract information from your documents, validate the extracted information and the 'push' the extracted data to the system of your choice (database, ERP, CRM, spreadsheet, ODBC, etc.). FlexiCapture is typically used in high volume applications such as, Accounts Payable Invoicing, Customer Survey, K1 Form Processing, etc. 

  

Calleo Connector For Accpac Is a Calleo Technology Inc. developed software component that will bridge the gap between FlexiCapture and your destination data repository. The Calleo Connector performs additional validations on the FlexiCaptured data, assigns necessary General Ledger and vendor information to the outgoing invoice data, gives the operator one last chance to modify the invoice information, and then produces an export file in the exact structure Accpac is expecting the data.
